9 Months and Mobile

Hammin' it up!

Our little koala bear is now weighing in at 17 lbs. and still growing like a weed.  She is SO nosey and wants to see everything that is going on. We have now started calling her our vampire baby because the only teeth she has up top are her fangs.  It is seriously adorable!!

 TALKING

We are pretty much convinced that "Jackson" is going to be her first word.  She is already trying to say his name and is truly obsessed with him. He has learned that she is very beneficial for some extra food treats during the day and she loves to play keep away with him and his toys.  "Mama" and "Dada" are also in her new vocabulary, but not quite yet in connection to who we are.

MOVING

She's moving!  Quinn has officially mastered crawling...well her monkey, butt scooting version of it.  She has become quite a speedy thing and we constantly have to watch what she is getting her little hands on.  (Jackson's food has been her recent favorite!) She LOVES to stand (it's a whole new world of stuff to get into up at that level) and has even started walking.  Her favorite mode of transportation is a walker that she pushes across the floor until she hits a wall and then grunts at us to come help...thanks Michelle (aka Auntie AB)!!

ADVENTURES

A few weeks ago the O'Rourke tornado officially invaded the Davis house to meet baby Collins!   Quinn was super excited to meet Collins and even tried pushing her in the swing. We're pretty sure that they are now scared to death of all the baby crap equipment that is to come in their future.

The Great One, Nonnie, and Colin came to visit for Quinn's first Easter too.  She is going to become quite a reader with all the books she has been getting!  We had a great dinner with family and the neighbors.  Annabelle and Quinn were seriously adorable in their matching Easter dresses...not that we're biased or anything!

....20 days and counting until Summer and all day Mommy time!!!
